Score Research is now considering applications to join the FASSBEX 'Mature' programme commencing March/April 2004.
The programme offers:
- Comprehensive benchmarking of F&A shared service processes
- Sharing of best practices amongst participating organisations
- Annual refreshment of performance to gauge progress
- Identification and sharing of organisation, customer, leadership, strategy and change management leading practices
This is the third programme in the series and so you will benefit from the experience we have gained in facilitating this exchange programme, as well as access to previous group members.
Previous participants have found the programme to be an extremely efficient and effective method of benchmarking performance and identifying options for improvement. The type of commitment it requires is in the order of 20 days during an elapse time of approximately 5 months.
