FASSBEX is about comparing performance at the detailed level to identify foremost practices, organization characteristics and processes; it's member-centric approach provides insights that lead to better performance:
· Relevant and up-to-date, consistent data upon which to make comparison
· Interpretation of performance gap
· Real examples from better performers
· Clear indication of the transferability of practices
· Structured exchange of ideas, techniques, technology enablers, organizational and managerial practices
The program is designed for ‘mature’ (at least two years into operation) shared service operators. A condition of participation is that organizations have subscribed and completed performance data using the ‘ScoreCard’, thus ensuring ‘apples-for-apples’ comparison and focus on performance gap. The ScoreCard (with over 70 organizations in its database) enables us to invite participation from organizations of similar size (turnover) and characteristics.
